1. User Account & Registration

To access advanced trading metrics or deploy custom game builds, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing access between a game developer team and an external trading group is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass our rate limits on the trading API will result in immediate account suspension.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Gamisce.com dashboard—including but not limited to algorithmic trading signals, game engine source code, and visual assets—remains the exclusive property of Gamisce.com and its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use our tools for personal or commercial projects. However, reverse engineering our "Crimson Flow" trading indicators or redistributing our proprietary game physics engines is strictly forbidden.

3. Trading & Financial Disclaimer

Gamisce.com provides data visualization and algorithmic suggestions only. We are not a registered broker-dealer or financial advisor. All trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor.

You acknowledge that past performance displayed in our "Live Metrics" dashboard is not indicative of future results. You assume full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using our platform.

4. Game Development Tools & Assets

Assets downloaded from our library (sprites, sound packs, 3D models) are royalty-free but remain copyrighted. You may use them in games you publish, but you cannot resell the raw assets separately.

Our build pipeline creates optimized executables. You retain rights to the games you publish, provided you do not violate our Acceptable Use Policy regarding violent or illicit content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gamisce.com, including its directors, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at info@gamisce.com.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bristol, UK.
